About Provision
We think constructors should earn more for the skill they possess and the risks they take. That's why we're helping them win higher quality projects, not just more of them.
The Problem
Construction is the world’s largest industry and the backbone of modern life. Yet it still runs on manual document review, so costly mistakes slip through long before anyone catches them, and the experts trained to catch them are harder to hire every year.
Our Mission
Put world-class pre-construction judgment in every builder’s hands. So the smallest contractor can bid with the confidence of the largest, and no team loses a project to a detail they never had time to find.
Our Vision
An industry that competes on skill, not on who can afford the most experienced team. Where the world gets built faster, safer, and with far less waste, because everyone building it can finally see the whole picture.

Co-Founder & CEO
The son of an immigrant general contractor, Luigi grew up around the trade before training as a civil engineer. He spent years at Arup and Plenary managing billions of dollars of infrastructure, where he watched even the most sophisticated builders lose money on documents they could not fully untangle. He started Provision to change that: the engineering was largely solved, but the documents that decide whether a contractor wins a bid or quietly loses money were still handled by hand.

Co-Founder & CTO
A quantity surveyor turned lifelong software engineer, Brendan has lived on both sides of the problem. He pairs first-hand knowledge of how contracts, drawings, and estimates actually get priced with the engineering depth to build the AI that reads them, and leads the technology behind every Provision product.
ENR's Jeff Rubenstone speaks with ProWest Constructors president Michael DeMarie about why full scoping is the part of bid preparation that quietly gets skipped, and how Scope Agent lets his estimators scope jobs before they bid them.
