Provision at AGC Tech Demo Day
One roof cover board that nobody scoped turned into a $400K change order on a $50M project. One line item, on one job. That is the kind of miss Scope Agent is built to catch before bid day. At AGC Tech Demo Day, Provision skipped the slides and did it live: a real project set goes in front of Scope Agent, and the room watches it work. Luigi La Corte ran the demo and took questions from the general contractors in the audience.

Questions asked live in the session, answered on the recording.
Does Scope Agent do quantity takeoff and counts, or just scope?
Just scope. Takeoffs and quantities are not built in. It does surface instances of items, so if it finds variable frequency drives across the set it will show you every one it found, but it is not asserting that there are exactly twenty of them on the project, and it is possible it misses one. Scope Agent is built for estimators who need to understand the scope of work and get to a bid leveling sheet quickly.
How is Provision priced: per project, per seat, or flat?
Per project, scaling with the size of the project, starting at $500 per project. From there you can move to an annual subscription if you have steady bid volume, or buy a bundle of projects if you would rather not commit to an annual contract. Current tiers are on the pricing page.
