Integration

SharePoint Integration Is Now Live in Provision

Provision plus SharePoint integration

Starting today, every Provision customer can connect SharePoint directly to their projects and pull in all of their documentation without a single manual upload.

Why we built this

Preconstruction teams live in SharePoint. Drawings, specifications, addenda, and contracts land there first, and until today, getting them into Provision meant downloading files, tracking revisions by hand, and re-uploading whenever something changed. That friction added up. Customers told us they wanted their documents to show up in Provision the same way they show up in SharePoint: automatically, in the right place, and always current.

So we built it.

What you can do

Connect a SharePoint folder to a Provision project and we will ingest everything inside it. New documents dropped into the folder flow through to Provision without anyone having to re-upload. Addenda, revised drawings, and updated specs land in the project so that Scope Agent, Risk Review, and Chat Agent are always working from the latest set.

Setup takes a minute. You authenticate with your Microsoft account, pick the parent folder that maps to your project, and Provision handles the rest. You still have the option to upload documents manually whenever you want to, so teams that mix sources are not forced into one workflow.

The integration supports PDF and DOCX files, which covers the document types our pipeline is built around. Sync status is visible inside the project so you always know what has come through and what is still processing.

Who it is for

Everyone. This is available to all Provision customers as of today, at no additional cost. If you are a project manager moving between a dozen folders a week, an estimator chasing down the latest drawing set, or a contract reviewer waiting on the newest redline, this is built for you.

How to turn it on

Open any project in Provision, go to the documents tab, and choose SharePoint as your source. Sign in with Microsoft, select the project folder, and you are done. If you want a walkthrough, reach out to our customer success team and she will get you set up.

We have more integrations on the roadmap, and SharePoint is the first of several document sources we plan to connect over the coming quarters. If there is a system your team depends on that you want to see next, let us know.
